Every engagement starts with an operations audit, not a technology pitch. We map where hours are being lost, where quality is inconsistent, and where decisions are waiting on data. Only then do we decide whether AI is the right lever — sometimes it isn't, and we'll tell you.

Builds happen in short, visible cycles. You see a working version early, your team tests it against real work, and we tighten it from there. No six-month black boxes.

Handover is the part we're most proud of. You own the software outright, with documentation your future team can actually follow. We stay involved as much or as little as you want — as a partner, not a dependency.
